Q&A: recipe for organic lollipops

By Blog Answers at 01/04/09 18:14

Does anyone have a recipe for organic lollipops?

Answer #1 On 01/04/09 19:52, recipes Chupa from answered:

For you to be able to create an organic lollipop, firs you need to have organic ingredients. And by this, we mean all naturally made. First we need to have these ingredients, and since we don't know what exactly what flavor you want, we'll generalize it.

You will need:

Organic honey (as sweetener/sugar replacement)

Organic Fruit Juice / Fresh Fruit Extracts

Materials:

  • Bowl
  • Mold
  • Sticks

Procedure:

  1. Mix organic fruit juice/fruit extract in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix organic honey in that bowl with the fruit juice.
  3. Put in fridge for 30 minutes.
  4. Put the lollipops into a mold that is round. Add a wooden or paper stick to hold the lollipop.
  5. Allow to set before eating.

This isn't really a recipe but more of a guide how to make an organic lollipop. But with, we hope we can all start from scratch in making organic sweets, specifically lollipop.
