Let's Go Vietnamese

By Website Introductions at 03/28/08 12:11

When you are looking for really tasty culinary delights, don't turn to Europe. Turn to Asia. Asia is home to among the finest cuisines n Earth, most noticably Japanese cuisine. Tokyo, by the way, has been recently called the new food capital of the world, as written in a recent issue of Newsweek. Goodbye Paris.

Anyway, this is not about Japanese cuisine. This is about Vietnamese Cuisine (not that far off I believe). What we will be presenting to you is the recipe of bun cha, which is basically ground pork marinated in garlic, fish sauce, and palm sugar plus other herbs and spices.

Cilantros: to Hate or Not to Hate?

By Website Introductions at 03/28/08 09:57
It's now a healthy 'yum yum' for our dear readers today as we now take on cilantro, cucumber, and tomato salad.

Cilantro, by the way, are also called coriander leaves. Not so many people like it, but it is not that bad, I suppose. Well, you know what are cucumbers and tomatoes.

So here's the recipe (If you really hate cilantros, you may of course change it to another herb).

Balance between Red and Green

By Website Introductions at 03/14/08 11:55
Now, I personally do not believe that not eating vegetables is good for the health. After all, you cannot find proteins in these greens.

There always has to be balance. Sure, you gotta get a lot of greens, but you won't go wrong with some meat, anyway. To live to that kind of diet, you have to prepare food that fits under that description. And we have one here. It's called Sloppy Joe Wraps.
