Owner of Union Square's Pure Food and Wine restaurant, Sarma Melngailis in her new cookbook "Living Raw Food" have simplified ways on how to prepare a raw food dish for amateurs and professional chefs. According to her it needs no culinary degree to be able to come up with a delicious raw food recipe, it is actually much easier to prepare for you are not burning anything, she added.
