Immerse yourself in true Italian life, authentic food and wine. Guido welcomes you his kitchen in Toffia, a medieval hilltop village between Rome and Umbria, to discuss recipes and life in central Italy.

Describe the main purpose of your blogging, what are you trying to accomplish?

To incourage people to cook fresh food with seasonal ingredients and locally grown produce. To promote the idea of 'Slow food' and 'Slow living'. To discuss Italian niche wines and foods in general.

Food and lifestyle in central Italy.

Not to make money directly. I run a cooking holidays in Italy.
